Everything on this page applies to every order placed on greenpot.shop. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders of ₹699 and above.
- Flat ₹49 on orders below that value.
- Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee.
Product price is shown on the product page. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

These are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are handled on the next working day.
Packing
Ceramic and terracotta pots are wrapped individually and boxed with filler; plastic planters and nursery pots ship nested in their cartons. Large floor planters travel as a single oversized carton. Please check the carton before signing for the parcel and note any damage on the delivery sheet.

Tracking and failed delivery
- A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is dispatched; it can take up to a day to show its first scan.
- Addresses can be corrected only before dispatch.
- If the courier cannot deliver after three attempts, the parcel returns to us. We refund the goods; delivery charges already spent are not refunded.
