Terms of Service

These terms apply to greenpot.shop and to every order placed with Green Pot.

1. Who we are

Green Pot is an online retailer selling planters and gardening supplies. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. Business & order fulfilment address: Sonapur Ln, opp. Kembros Industrial, Industrial Area, Bhandup West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400078, India.

2. Product information

Product pages describe material, pot diameter, pack size and drainage from the information available to us. Pot sizes are the diameter across the top unless stated otherwise; ceramic glaze and terracotta tone vary between batches, and screen colour is never exact. Plants, soil and decorative stones shown in photographs are not included.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order that is out of stock, obviously mispriced, or bound for a PIN code our couriers do not serve, and we refund it in full.

4. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without affecting orders already confirmed. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed. We are a small online retailer currently below the applicable GST registration threshold, so the business is not registered for GST, GST is not charged separately, no tax is added at checkout, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Governed by the Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates.

6. Safe use

Large filled planters are heavy — a 12-inch pot with wet soil can exceed 15 kg — so place them where the floor or balcony can take the weight, and use a trolley rather than dragging them. Hanging planters must be fixed to a point rated well above the filled weight. Terracotta can crack if left standing in water through a cold night.

7. Using this site

Please do not copy our photographs or page text for another store, interfere with the site, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We provide no additional warranty through our store.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
